COMING HOME MINISTRIES strengthens the bond
between church and home.
Wes Fleming is founder and director of
Coming Home Ministries, a curriculum, consulting and

identify and pursue their life purpose.
Wes works with Sunday School publishing houses and various
denominational organizations (SBC, ABC, AG, UCC, Lutheran,
Episcopal, Methodist, Vineyard) to help teachers and parents improve
their ability to communicate Biblical truths, understand the
emotional needs of children, develop qualities of character, and arouse a passion for Jesus in their youth. He has three

married to Vicki for twenty-five years.
He is the author

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
"Raising Children
on Purpose is very easy to read and extremely practical. At a time
when people have so many activities on their plate, it brings into
focus the need to purposely evaluate and structure a program for the
development of our children. The mere fact that it causes one to
spend time reflecting on how they can be more effective parents
makes this an absolutely invaluable tool. I hope it will prove
beneficial to many generations of young parents."
—
Sr., M.D. Director of. Pediatric Neurosurgery, Johns Hopkins
Joani Schultz
"Practical,
practical, full of hope!
As a window into children-and a mirror
to parents-Wes helps us see and celebrate kids' God-given
uniqueness, and these pages hold a powerful, practical tool for
every parent who wants to raise children according to God's dream
for them. A valuable, anyone-can-do resource for us as parents.
Thanks, Wes!"

Wesley Fleming delivers wisdom with such sensitivity and wit that each step of the book makes you eager to try its principles out. I learned wonderful insights for my own role as a parent, but also for how I can grow as a person, as a son reflecting on my own past.

Press Release: Raising Children On Purpose,

By Wesley Fleming, M.A.
Raising Children On Purpose provides parents
with the ability to discover the unique plan God has for their
children and to cultivate a passion within them to pursue
it.
Rather than raising children by accident (from
crisis to crisis) the Bible encourages parents to raise children on
purpose--according to their God-given purpose. Proverbs 22:6 calls
a parent to: Raise up a child in the way he should go…
An easy-to-use survey tool within the book called, The DNA
(Divine Notion Awaiting) Analysis, assesses a
child's gifting and spiritual passion and determines where they
overlap. Here at the place where passion and talent intersect,
a child discovers her unique "way"--her divine notion
awaiting.
The second part of the book equips parents
to inspire in their children a desire to stay on
their "way." Parents are provided with a means to develop in their
children a healthy capacity to trust, an accurate perception of God the
Father, and a receptivity to God's invitation to experience Him
personally.
Children
benefit from the principles found in the book, Raising Children On
Purpose, five ways:
1. Children
grow up highly motivated - their avocation will become their
vocation 2. They become peak performers - they are trained within their
area of gifting 3. They are goal oriented - they know the way they are
to go 4. They are responsible - they take charge of their future 5.
They are passionate about Jesus - they know the Way-Maker
personally
STOP and
EVALUATE!
It's not the legacy you received,
it's the legacy
that you leave that matters!
How do you want to be remembered as a Mom or
Dad?
What will they remember about their
childhood?
